Our Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RoyalStudio. By booking our photobooth services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed once a $150 non-refundable deposit has been received and a confirmation email is sent by RoyalStudio.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment

  • The $150 deposit secures your date and is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event.

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation or incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to full payment.

  • In the unlikely event RoyalStudio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness, or emergency), a full refund including the deposit will be issued.

4. Event Requirements

To ensure the best possible experience:

  • A flat, sheltered, and accessible area of at least 2m x 3m is required for setup.

  • Access to a standard power outlet must be available within 10 meters of the booth.

  • The client is responsible for confirming all venue permissions and providing accurate setup information.

5. Use of Photos

  • By using our services, you agree that RoyalStudio may use photos from your event for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.) unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

  • Images delivered to clients via Google Drive are for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise.

6. Liability

  • RoyalStudio is not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse of our equipment.

  • In the rare event of technical issues (e.g., power failure or system malfunction), we will do our best to resolve them on-site.

  • If we are unable to provide the service due to a fault on our end, our liability is limited to a full refund.

  • If any equipment is damaged due to guest behaviour, the client will be responsible for full reimbursement of repair or replacement costs.

7. Guest Conduct

  • The client is responsible for the behaviour of their guests during the event.

  • If unsafe or inappropriate use of the booth or props occurs, RoyalStudio reserves the right to stop the service without issuing a refund.

 

8. Delivery of Photos

  • A digital gallery will be delivered via Google Drive within 1–2 business days after the event.

  • The gallery will remain available for download for up to 30 days.

  • After 30 days, the gallery may be deleted from our system without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

RoyalStudio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
